WHAT DOES CREALITY PROMO + RETAIL DO FOR MEDTRONIC?

Creality provides Medtronic's Onsite Retail Store, Online Company Store, Special Order Branded Merchandise, Apparel, Awards, Print, Signage, Displays, Custom Products and more!

Our Medtronic Onsite Company Store is located at the Mounds View Medtronic corporate campus and sells everything from Gifts, Snacks, and Beverages to Medtronic Branded Apparel and Merchandise.  Creality manages both the onsite company store and online company store, though the two entities are run separately. 

Our Online Company Store, MedtronicShop.com (also found on Ariba), offers Medtronic branded apparel and merchandise two different ways:

    • ReadyShip!: Apparel + Merchandise that is in stock and shipped same business day if ordered by 12pm CST (Business Days). Orders placed after 12pm CST (Business Day) will ship the next available business day.

  • On-Demand + Customizable: Apparel + Merchandise that is produced On-Demand, or as ordered, and will ship within 10 business days after the order is submitted.

Please note that all orders with both ReadyShip! and On-Demand items will be shipped separately. The delivery date will be after production + transit time to destination. ARIBA/PO AND CREDIT CARD PURCHASES WITH CREALITY PROMO + RETAIL.

MedtronicShop.com (external credit card site) and Creality catalog within Ariba/Guided Buying are the same; the only difference is how payment is made.  Please see details below:

  • The following Corporate Card purchasing types are allowed/not allowed*:
    • Corporate Card ("T&E") - Only for expenses such as travel, entertainment and meals.
      • This card is NOT permitted for branded merchandise purchases other than for MDT Diabetes buyers, since they are not in the same Ariba system.
    • Corporate Meeting Cards - For full-time meeting planners or employees that arrange meetings regularly for larger groups
      • This card is permitted for branded merchandise purchases
    • Personal Credit Card - Always permitted for branded merchandise purchases.  We accept American Express (AMEX), Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

If your group/portfolio is not connected to the Ariba system (ex. Diabetes, Recent Acquisitions, International Orders, etc.), you will need to request a PO from your Purchasing Department with a screenshot of your shopping cart.  Send both your PO and screenshot of your cart in an email to medtronic@crealitypromo.com for assistance in processing.

*If you're initiating an order before a PO has been created within Ariba in order to achieve a needed delivery date, please provide an approved Medtronic PO number as soon as possible.  PO invoices cannot be submitted to Medtronic's AP Department for payment without an approved Medtronic PO number.  Approved Medtronic POs are 10 digits in length and start with 42XXXXXXXX.

  • PO/Corporate Purchases - If your group is connected to Ariba, visit purchasing.medtronic.com and enter a Promotional Items Request Form from the Sales Order Acknowledgement you received from your dedicated Creality Account Manager.  If your group is not connected to Ariba (ex. Diabetes, Recent Acquisitions, International Orders, etc.), you would need to request a PO from your Purchasing Department from the Sales Order Acknowledgement provided by your dedicated Creality Account Manager.

WHY IS MY SHIPPING ADDRESS NOT WORKING?

MedtronicShop.com uses UPS address validation. Please make sure your address is correct, and that you do not have any spaces after your street addresses are complete, and the shipping city is complete. HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

All ReadyShip! items are shipped the same business day if ordered by 12pm CST and if after 12pm CST, the following business day. On-Demand items are produced on-demand, or as ordered, and ship within 10 business days. All orders with both ReadyShip! and On-Demand items will be shipped separately. The delivery date will be after production + transit time to destination. Choosing an expedited shipping method does not expedite production. CAN MY ORDER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY/OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

All items can be ordered to ship to all locations outside of the United States. Please note that all customs/duties/taxes are payable by the receiver at the time of delivery. For orders shipping outside the United States, please get confirmation from your Trade Compliance/Operations team that the items ordered can be delivered. Foodware, electronics, and textile items may have regulations that could prevent delivery. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?

On Demand, Customizable and Discontinued apparel and/or merchandise is non-returnable, unless the item(s) are defective and photos showing the defect are provided. Products are labeled On Demand and Customizable in the product image and are custom produced as they are ordered. Please be sure to look at size charts for apparel items, and review your order’s shopping cart carefully before checking out to avoid errors.

ReadyShip! items are returnable within 30 days of receiving the order, so long as they are not noted as discontinued, and have not been used, worn, or laundered. These are items that can be restocked. You are responsible for the shipping of items back, and once we receive them, we will process a refund for the merchandise received to the payment method used at checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
